Websites

Those of you done will be pairing up to share websites. You want to look for the following:

1. Is the site in 4 folders?
2. Is there a banner and background on each page?
3. Is there research and information on each page?
4. Are direct quotes formatted as follows?: "quotation" (source).
5. Is there at least one image per page?
6. Is the author listed directly below the image in the format: (author)
7. Is there copyright information listed at the bottom of the page for both images and research (formatted in MLA). Easy Bib should have been used for this.

Reminder this is what is expected for each website:

8th graders:
Intro Page:

• What genre are you researching?
• How did it get started?

What instruments?

• Describe the instruments (at least 1-2 sentences)
  
• Include Images
  

Who are the Top Artists?

• At least 5 with biographies and images (bios should each be at least 3-5 sentences)
  

What are the Top Songs?

• Top 10 list
  

7th graders:

Intro Page

• history of the state
• State symbol, nickname, and song
• include images
  

Hotspots

• At least three places to visit
• Research (at least 5 sentences on each of these)
  
• include images

Food

• At least three places to eat
• Research (2-3 sentences on each)
  
• include images

Sports Teams

• At least 3 different Sports Teams
• Research (2-3 sentences)
  
• include images
